The Glue Factory’s hot to trot cast.
Put your hooves together for the hugely talented cast of ‘The Glue Factory.’
Here at the Glue Factory, we’ve always had a mission to trail-blaze a new mode of content creation. Our vision is big, but so is the field of talent we’ve brought along for the ride.
So, who are the wildly talented and funny folk who’ll bring our horses to life?
You can listen here to a very special Friends with Glue hosted by our pal Zeneca, where the whole team, including writers and producers, came together to discuss the making of the Glue Factory and announce the incredible cast.
Presenting The Glue Factory cast in order of appearance:
Our esteemed Showrunner, Head Writer and voice of our protagonist Stanley. Currently starring in NBC’s American Auto, Jon is an actor, writer and producer also known for Superstore, The Oath, MadTv, With Bob and David, and Veep. He also wrote, produced and starred in Netflix’s Chicago Party Aunt with The Glue Factory co-writer Katie Rich.
Another of our talented writers and voice of our other protagonist Byron aka Pooper. Rob is an actor, host, writer, and producer, known for Chicago P.D., How I Met Your Mother, Devil’s Due, Get a Clue and the Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. His wife owns a horse so he is scoring major brownie points through his involvement in this project.
Tara is an absolute juggernaut of the animated world, with an iconic voice over career spanning over 600 credits. She’s brought characters to life from across the breadth of animation — The Powerpuff Girls, Loki, Rick and Morty, My Little Pony — just to name a few!
Bobby is an acclaimed standup comedian and actor. He did 166 episodes of MadTV, has appeared in hit comedies like Pineapple Express and Harold and Kumar Go to Whitecastle. More recently you know him from Magnum PI, Inside Job, and his podcast Tiger Belly.
Another of our esteemed writers and also a cast member — Jim is a singer, actor and a writer known for his role as Coach Tugnut in Even Stevens, Kenny the Psychopath in Just Shoot Me, Goofy Goober Rock Singer in the SpongeBob Squarepants Movie plus Saturday Night Live, MADtv, and The Tonight Show with Jay Leno. He is perhaps best known for being in scenes deleted from Will Ferrell movies.
Katie is another multi hyphenate — an amazing writer, actor and producer, and we are proud to have her as both a Glue Factory writer and cast member. She is known for Saturday Night Live, Our Cartoon President, Bad Johnson, and also co-wrote the all new Netflix series Chicago Party alongside Jon Barinholtz.
Producer extraordinaire and making her voice acting debut, it’s our very own Glue Factory producer — Rebecca Rufer.
Featuring a special cameo from the NFT whisperer himself — there is no savvier analyst in the Web3 space.
Insanely funny comedian, actor and writer, it’s everyone’s favourite drunk uncle from Saturday Night Live and most recently starring in Mr Mayor.
A talented actor, writer and hilarious comedian — you probably know him from Grace and Frankie and the New Mystery Science Theater 3000. His past work in Bojack Horseman sets him in excellent ‘steed’ for The Glue Factory.
Colton Dunn is an actor, writer and producer known for Superstore, Key and Peele, MadTv, Parks and Recreation and Blockers. Because he has the word Colt in his first name, he is legally obligated to work on one project involving horses every year — and luckily we scored him as a writer and actor in our show!
Next up we welcome brilliant comic and actor Naomi Ekperigin to the stable. Her comedy is captivating but oh so real with credits ranging from writing for Broad City to her searing set in Netflix’s The Standups and mainstay in Apple TV+’s Mystic Quest
With a slew of writing and acting credits, it’s the incredible talented comedian James Adomian. Known for American Dad, Our Cartoon President, Duck Tales, the OTHER horse cartoon Bojack Horseman, and his insanely good Bernie Sanders impression!
The man with a thousand voices — you probably grew up with him as the voice of Rocco on Rocco’s Modern Life. He has an insane number of credits across animated and live-action shows including Reno 911, The Fairly Odd Parents and so many more!
Patton Oswalt has been headlining comedy shows since 1996. A hugely talented comedian, writer and actor with a hefty slew of over 220 credits including King of Queens, The Goldbergs, Parks and Recreation, Community — just to name a few!
Another comedy icon, Nicole Sullivan currently playing Janine on Blackish, Nicole was among the original cast members of MADtv starring in six seasons. You may also know her as Holly in King of Queens and her work in Family Guy and DC Super Hero Girls.
A talented writer and producer. Eric Ledgin’s work includes Superstore, It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia and Late Night with Jimmy Fallon.
An LA actor and sister of our very own Rob Belushi, it’s Jami Belushi’s voice acting debut!
Another Superstore star bolting into the barn and onto our cast list: Franchesa Ramsey! As an actress, comedian and viral vlogger, Franchesca has grabbed headlines on BBC and MSNBC, appeared in Broad City, written for Black Girls Rock and The Oscars and was an executive producer on MTV Decoded.
Rounding out the cast it’s none other than acting royalty Ted Danson. There’s honestly too many starring credits to name and you know exactly who he is! Here’s just a few: Cheers, Becker, The Good Place, Mr Mayor, Bored to Death…
Theme Song by Nick Lutsko
Nick’s bio reads: “former president of halloween // producer-director-writer-star of gremlins 3: dawn of desmond // ‘songs on the computer’ streaming everywhere.” This composer and comedian’s viral videos are known for being absurdly funny and also deeply unsettling — who better to intro the Glue Factory?
